“Our Moldova” Alliance (AMN) has put off the protest meeting entitled "AMN against Material and Spiritual Poverty in Moldova!" planned for 22 January due to the weather forecast. According to the party’s leader Serafim Urechean, temperatures of minus 20 degrees are forecast for the weekend. <\/p>\n

Urechean announced Wednesday at a press conference that the protest meeting was postponed through the decision of the party’s Central Political Bureau, after the weather forecast said the cold temperatures on this weekend will be accompanied by heavy snowfalls and blizzards. Though the protest action was authorized by the Chisinau City Hall, AMN leadership decided to put off the meeting until a more favorable weather.
