He added that the procedures of this organization&rsquo;s functioning do not allow the president to include a subject in the agenda of the UN forum without the agreement of all the members. &rdquo;The reasons for which this problem was passed on to the OSCE in the &lsquo;90s are valid until present, including the absence of consensus for tacking this subject within the UN Security Council,&rdquo; Romanian Foreign Minister pointed out. <\/p>\n<p>Ungureanu added that Moldova is the only country directly interested in solving this conflict. Romania cannot forward initiatives without the agreement of Moldova. <\/p>\n<p>He emphasized that taking into account the present course of events, Romania&rsquo; efforts are directed to make the existent negotiations format more fruitful and effective. The current make-up of the negotiations with the EU and US as observers offers the best prospects for the identification of a viable solution.
