In the period of 16-20 July, Secretary General of the Council of Europe Terry Davis will be on a visit to Chisinau. <\/p>\n

According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreing Affairs and European Integration, the European official will have meetings with President of the Republic of Moldova Vladimir Voronin, Chairperson of the Parliament Marian Lupu, Prime Minister Vasile Tarlve, with members of the Government and with leaders of parliamentary factions, as well as with the guests of the Information Office of the Council of Europe in Chisinau. <\/p>\n

On Sunday evening, July 17, Terry Davis will participate in a talk-show on TV channel Moldova 1, and on July 19 he will give a press conference. <\/p>\n

The visit of the CE Secretary General is related to the Xth anniversary of Moldova’s adhesion to the Council of Europe.
