According to the decision, the broadcast time for free electoral publicity was reduced from 20 minutes to 10 minutes on TV channels, and from 40 minutes to 20 minutes on radio stations, for the reason that the period of the electoral campaign is shorter. The paid electoral publicity at the broadcasting institutions should not exceed 2 minutes per day. <\/p>\n<p>According to p.37 of the Conception, each TV and radio program with electoral character must be followed and preceded by the announcement of the elections&rsquo; date. <\/p>\n<p>According to a new point in the Conception, broadcasting institutions will place informative publicity spots, produced on their own account, during 2 minutes daily.
