At the same time, Stratan said he is sure that the OSCE resolution which has a recommendation character will not influence the political course of Chisinau, and the Transdniestrian conflict will be settled, respecting the national interests of the Republic of Moldova. <\/p>\n<p>Vice president of the Parliament, leader of the Christian Democratic People&rsquo;s Party Iurie Rosca states in turn that the OSCE resolution offended the Republic of Moldova because &ldquo;it put at equal terms Chisinau legal authorities and the criminal Transdniestrian separatist regime.&rdquo; <\/p>\n<p>Rosca was quoted by AP Flux as saying that since mission&#8217;s stay in Chisinau no progress was achieved, and the intention of some OSCE bureaucrats to organize elections in Transdniestria, which is militarily occupied and terrorized by a criminal regime, is unacceptable and defies the documents adopted by the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova on June 10 through which Moldova officially formulated its stance on the Transdniestrian conflict and the ways of its settlement. <\/p>\n<p>According to Rosca, the head of state, the Parliament and Government of Moldova will have to adopt a position on the incident that took place at the OSCE meeting. &ldquo;It&#8217;s time to think about the activation of some more efficient international instruments and about a more tight cooperation with the European Union, North-Atlantic Alliance and the US which, allongside the neighbor countries Romania and Ukraine, would help us to overcome the Transdniestrian conflict,&rdquo; said Rosca. <\/p>\n<p>The text of the OSCE resolution drafted by the Finish MP Kimmi Kiljunen envisages the unfolding of elections in the Transdniestrian region under the OSCE aegis, without the involvement of the Moldovan authorities and without organizing the elections on the basis of the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova. At the same time, the members of the OSCE political and security committee rejected the proposals of Moldova&rsquo;s parliamentary delegation to organize the elections after Russian army&#8217;s evacuation from the Transdniestrian region and after the demilitarization and democratization of the left bank of the Dniester.
