This is not the first case when Russian high officials make visits to the Transdniestrian region without coordinating them with the constitutional authorities of the Republic of Moldova, thing that does not correspond to the rigors of the diplomatic relations. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Now when international community makes serious efforts with a view to settling the Transdniestrian conflict, the challenging conduct of the representative of the Russian Federation arouses bewilderment and questions the will of Moscow to contribute to the durable peaceful settlement of the Transdniestrian conflict,&rdquo; stated Kistruga. In this context, she also mentioned that the Russian Federation as mediator in the process of settling the Transdniestrian conflict must prove impartiality, sincerity and constructivism. <\/p>\n<p>Manifesting the wish of Chisinau to develop Moldova-Russian relations, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration expressed his hope that Russian authorities will argue the conduct of the official of Kremlin Administration. Kistruga also sought from the Ambassador Nicolai Reabov to take in the future measures of eliminating such actions that damage diplomatic relations between our country and Russia. <\/p>\n<p>Modest Kolerov met on June 19 in Tiraspol Transdniestrian leader Igor Smirnov. According to official news agency of Tiraspol &ldquo;Olvia-press&rdquo;, he stated after the meeting that &ldquo;Russia is feeling responsible for the fate of its citizens from Transdniestria \/&hellip;\/ and it is extremely interested in the stability of Transdniestria, both political and economic.&rdquo; Olvia-press informed that Kremlin&rsquo;s representative participated on Sunday in the manifestations dedicated to the 13th anniversary of the tragedy in Tighina.
