Finnish official did not exclude the possibility that these elections could unfold according to the Transdniestrian electoral legislation, but a decision in this respect will be taken within the negotiations on the poll organization. <\/p>\n<p>Kiljunen also stated that comparing to the polls organized by the OSCE in Chechnya and Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1996 and in 1999-in Kosovo region the Transdniestrian poll would be less problematical. <\/p>\n<p>Finnish MP confirmed that such a poll would legalize any political force that would win the elections, mentioning at the same time that international status of Transdniestria will not change and the region will be further considered as part of the Republic of Moldova. <\/p>\n<p>OSCE PA representative has also asserted that the right to vote should be offered not only to the Moldovan citizens from the region, but also to the population that lived on the left bank of the Dniester before 1991.
