NATO officials have manifested an increased interest in the plan for settling the dispute launched by Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko and in Kiev&rsquo;s role in ensuring an efficient customs and border control on the Transdniestrian segment of the Moldova-Ukraine state border. <\/p>\n<p>Vladimir Voronin held also a press conference, where he appreciated the Ukrainian plan for settling the Transdniestrian conflict being quoted by BBC as saying that this document does not mention anything about making Moldova a federation.
