It will be the first difficult test on the path to the European integration, democracy and the state of law,&rdquo; stated the President of the Republic of Moldova Vladimir Voronin in his speech delivered on Wednesday at the joint meeting of the European Parliament Committee on Foreign Affairs and EU &#8211; Moldova Parliamentary Cooperation Committee. <\/p>\n<p>The President of Moldova backed in front of those two organizations the cause of the Republic of Moldova for being integral part of Europe, mentioning that &ldquo;the European integration is not just a goal but a natural manifestation of its aspirations to stability, prosperity, security, guaranteed by a modern democratic state.&rdquo; <\/p>\n<p>Appreciating the great importance of the Moldova-EU Action Plan, in case of its full implementation, Voronin stated that European Neighborhood Policy couldn&rsquo;t satisfy fully the aspirations of Moldova&rsquo;s European integration. &ldquo;The term &ldquo;neighborhood&rdquo; in the naming of a possible new agreement will not reflect neither aspirations of Moldova nor the character of its relations with the EU,&rdquo; mentioned the head of state. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We see the future of democratic, integrated and modern Moldova in the future of united and indivisible Europe,&rdquo; stated Vladimir Voronin. <\/p>\n<p>European Neighborhood Policy is a frame of consolidating the neighborhood relations and aims at intensifying the cooperation with the states from the borders of enlarged EU.
