On 7 and 8 June, President of Moldova Vladimir Voronin will make an official visit to Brussels and Strasbourg where he will have meetings with NATO and EU high ranking officials. The head of the Moldovan state will also participate in the session of the EU Parliamentary Assembly. <\/p>\n

According to the presidential press service, Vladimir Voronin will visit the NATO General Headquarter (Brussels), will have a meeting with the NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, will deliver a speech in front of the North-Atlantic Council (NAC) and will exchange opinions with the NAC members. <\/p>\n

Vladimir Voronin will meet in Brussels Javier Solana, Secretary General of the Council of the EU. <\/p>\n

The visit of the Moldovan President to Belgium includes also meetings with the presidents of those two houses of the Belgian Parliament and with this country’s Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt. <\/p>\n

On 8 June, Vladimir Voronin will meet in Strasbourg J. Borrell Fontelles, President of the European Parliament and Jose Manuel Barroso, President of the European Commission.
