Gheorghe Amihalachioae, Lawyer of the Advisor for External Relations of the &ldquo;RAO EES Russia&rdquo; administration Valeriu Passat, has appealed against the decision of the Chisinau court on the Detention of his client for 10 days, INTERLIC News agency reports. <\/p>\n<p>According to the Lawyer, the detention of Valeriu Passat, there are no grounds for the detention of Valeriu Passat, Such measure is applied to the citizens without certain place of residence and job, which is vice versa in the case of Valeriu Passat. <\/p>\n<p>Let us remind that the Court of the Buiucani sector of the City of Chisinau issued on Monday an order for the arrest of Valeriu Passat, Advisor for External Relations of the &ldquo;RAO EES Russia&rdquo; Director General Anatoly Chubais, for 10 days.
