With such a rhythm of issuing the certificates, CEC will need 2 years to ensure all the students with certificates. <\/p>\n<p>According to Bulat, CEC has to issue daily by 7 Th. certificates in order to provide all the students with these certificates, which is an unreal thing. Thus, an artificial barrier is created in order not to allow the majority of the students to exercise their right to vote. <\/p>\n<p>Mentioning the parliamentary elections from 2001, Bulat underlined that more rational procedures that allowed the students to vote at the polling stations opened in the education institutions existed then, fact that was convenient for the Communist Party. But now the communists&rsquo; fear towards the students&rsquo; option is obvious. The communists unfold a real campaign of persecuting the leaders of students, through the agency of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) and fiscal bodies. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;This policy is inadmissible, that is why we are ready to defend the rights of the young people in any conditions, we will address to the international organizations.
