ASSOCIATION ACCUSES MOLDOVAN STATE MEDIA OF BIAS… Quoting a media monitoring study carried out in January, the Electronic Media Association (APEL), which unites 29 Moldovan television and radio stations, accused the state Teleradio Moldova of being heavily biased in favor of the governing Communist Party (PCM), reporter.md reported on 14 February.
