Previously, the Foreign Ministry said that the vote of MPs in the PACE has an individual character and does not represent the position of the Government or the state.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;The Republic of Moldova has two neighbors: Ukraine and Romania, and both are of major importance to our country. We have a very good partnership with Ukraine. We have a rich and very busy bilateral agenda with Ukraine. We cooperate on many topics: Association Agreement, Free Trade Area with EU, bilateral trade, &#8220;the minister explained.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Regarding the cooperation for the Transnistrian settlement, the official stated that Ukraine is one of the supporters of the territorial integrity of the Republic of Moldova and it is a firm supporter of the territorial integrity of Ukraine. Furthermore, Nicu Popescu said he is expecting to hold an official visit to Kyiv.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;On all these topics we have a preaccessary dialogue every day. We have discussed with several foreign policy representatives and President Zelensky&#8217;s team in recent days\u00a0 In the near future, I will travel to Kiev. We&#8217;re currently looking for a date that suits both us and the Ukrainian partners,&#8221; added Nicu Popescu.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>He said that, following dialogue with the Kyiv partners, <strong>&#8220;we have full determination to ensure that this situation in Strasbourg does not affect the bilateral relationship,&#8221; <\/strong>and that <strong>&#8220;on the contrary, our interest concerning Ukraine is in order to deepen bilateral cooperation on all areas,&#8221;<\/strong> the Foreign Minister said.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reminder:<\/strong> On Monday night, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moldova.org\/en\/russian-delegation-readmitted-parliamentary-assembly-council-europe\/\">voted<\/a> to a text that makes it possible for Russia to return to this structure after five years.
