Initially, the decree signed by the head of state was declared unconstitutional, after which the Constitutional Court suspiciously reviewed its decision, and the Sandu Government became a legitimate one.<\/p>\n<p>The document\u00a0(Program of Activity), issued on the official website of the institution, states that the Government will resume the European integration path of the Republic of Moldova, &#8220;undermined by oligarchic governance.&#8221; It will release the state from captivity and strengthen the independence of the institutions, especially in the field of justice, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/stiri\/stiri-politice\/ce-prevede-programul-de-activitate-al-guvernului-condus-de-maia-sandu\">writes<\/a> ZdG.\u00a0This is intended to be achieved through <em>the provision of an elective democracy, free media, cooperation with civil society, independent justice, and dialogue for state reunification.<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Our vision is to lay the foundations for an economy that exists not only because of remittances, taxes and money coming from an external partnership, but one based on domestic production and increasing labor productivity. An economy that generates sustainable and inclusive growth, that provides well-paid jobs for both people living inside the country as well as Moldovan immigrants who wish to come back,&#8221; the document says.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In the same context, the government aims this year to bring the country out of isolation and urgently relaunch the economy by improving relations with foreign partners, restoring foreign assistance and judicious administration of public finances, and demonopolizing the branches of the economy.
