However, following the efforts of our delegation, the issue was resolved on February 16, 2012, when the CUC decided to exclude the &#8220;border guard&#8221; station, and the control was placed under the responsibility of the police and &#8220;militia&#8221; structures.<\/p>\n\n<h3>What has been done? Nothing.<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Although the Transnistrian side claims that the changes were made in the context of reforms to transfer additional competencies to the so-called &#8220;mgb&#8221; border guards, the actions described are flagrantly contradictory to the acts in force.<\/li>\n<li>Although both the Transnistrian delegation and the Russian Federation admitted that the subject should be discussed, at the current meeting they refused to include the issue in the agenda. Thus, this issue will be repeatedly proposed for consideration by the Moldovan delegation at the next meetings, all for the sake of the political spectacle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Another case of a violation of the Security Zone regime concerns the presence of military equipment and representatives of various military formations at the &#8220;Tiras-2019&#8221; forum organized on the territory of the Dnestrovskie Zori camp on May 16-18, in the area of Merenesti, the suburb of Bender (a settlement with increased security).<\/p>\n<p>Even if the media in the Transnistrian region massively covered the event organized by the so-called &#8220;defense ministry&#8221;, including the &#8220;military town&#8221; arranged, the weapons exhibition and so on, <strong>the Tiraspol delegation did not present relevant information to the Commission, including no notice in advance, about the intentions to carry out such an activity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The subject was addressed by the members of the Moldovan delegation and during the working group meeting on May 14th at the OSCE headquarters in Bender.
