“This is our compass and we are constantly talking to our partners, not just in Eastern Europe, but from anywhere in the world,” Mogherini told a press conference.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

She mentioned that she would not go further with the discussion about the politics of the Republic of Moldova.<\/p>\n

“A golden rule we have, especially when it comes to the Eastern Partnership, is that we relate to countries, their populations, their institutions,” Mogherini said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

She stressed that “the rules of the game” must be transparent, and “fully democratic” choices.<\/p>\n
