– Electoral contestants are forbidden to involve non-citizens of the Republic of Moldova in electoral campaigning or to use public funds and goods.<\/h5>\n
– Images representing state institutions or public authorities, both in the country and abroad, can not be used for electoral advertising purposes.<\/h5>\n
– The combination of colors and sounds that invoke national symbols, the use of materials in which the historical personalities of the Republic of Moldova or of another state appear, are also a restriction.<\/h5>\n
– According to the Electoral Code, competitors enjoy equal rights in the use of mass media, including radio and television.<\/h5>\n
– In these 30 days, candidates may not be dismissed or transferred to another job, they can not be held criminally liable, arrested, detained or subject to administrative sanctions without the consent of the electoral body that registered them, except in the case of flagrant offenses.<\/h5>\n
– If the electoral candidate wishes to withdraw his candidacy, this can be done by a written statement addressed to the electoral body that registered it, but not later than 7 days until the election day.<\/h5>\n
– The citizens of the Republic of Moldova, the parties, the social-political organizations, the electoral blocs and the candidates have the right to submit the electoral programs of the electoral candidates to the free discussions, as well as the professional and personal qualities of the candidates.<\/h5>\n
– During this period, electoral agitation is also allowed in the assemblies, rallies and meetings with voters.<\/h5>\n

The campaign will end the day before the vote, ie on Saturday, February 23rd.
