The “ACUM” electoral bloc leaders Maia Sandu and Andrei Nastase presented their declarations of wealth and personal interests on the threshold of the parliamentary elections. Neither Nastase\u00a0nor Sandu did not declare salaries earned from work.<\/p>\n

According to the wealth declaration from 1 January 2017 to 1 December 2018, Maia Sandu did not earn any income at the workplace. The PAS leader declares 500 RON won in support of a conference in Bucharest, as well as an interest rate of about 500 US dollars, Ziarul de Garda writes<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

The fortune of Maia Sandu<\/h3>\n

Maia Sandu also declares a 74.5 square meter apartment on Alba Iulia street in Chisinau, bought in 2003, and a Toyota Rav 4, manufactured in 2007, purchased in 2012 with 170 thousand lei. Sandu also claims to have 38.2 thousand dollars in a US bank account. In 2013, when she was just back from the US, Maia Sandu said she only had about 133,000 dollars.<\/p>\n\n

The fortune of Andrei Nastase<\/h3>\n

Andrei Nastase did not declare any income earned at the workplace.<\/p>\n

The leader of the DA Platform (DTPP) previously said that, with the entry into politics, ha suspended his lawyer’s license. However, the DTPP leader went on to say in his wealth and interest statement that between January 1st 2017 and December 31st 2018, Nastase’s wife Angela, who lives with the his children in Germany, had an annual income of almost 68,000 euro from a German company.<\/p>\n

Moreover, in the budget of the N\u0103stase’s family came 14 thousand euro in the form of child allowances, but also 35 thousand euro obtained from the sale of a Mercedes S350.<\/p>\n

Andrei N\u0103stase lives in a building in the city of Codru, in the municipality of Chisinau. Officially, according to cadastral data, the building is worth 2.23 million lei and has an area of 156 m.p., being put into operation in 2014.<\/p>\n
