October 3, the so-called &#8220;MGB&#8221; in the Transnistrian region detained the workers performing technical works in the village of Corjova.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;These actions, as well as other cases of violation of the right to free movement in the Security Zone, once again highlight the abuses committed by the Transnistrian force structures and draws attention to the need to promote a new concept on citizens&#8217; security in the area,&#8221; declared the Moldovan delegation to the JCC in a statement.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Moreover, at the last JCC meeting on October 4, the Transnistrian side announced reshuffles in its delegation.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, as a member of the Transnistrian delegation to the JCC, Vitalii Ignatiev (known as Tiraspol&#8217;s political representative in the Transnistrian settlement process) was replaced by Ruslan Slobodeniuk, deputy head of the so-called &#8220;foreign department&#8221; of the region.<\/p>\n<p>At the suggestion of Russian Federation representatives, Lieutenant Colonel Alexei Semionov was appointed Chief of Military Commanding of the city.
