Thus, the mandate of the mayor-elect Andrei N\u0103stase (won by 52,57% in the 2nd round) was not validated.<\/p>\n<p>The decision issued by judge Rodica Berdilo was based on a Socialist complaint on N\u0103stase&#8217; call on election day (3 June) to voters to vote. The Socialists claimed that the call influenced the results.<\/p>\n<p>N\u0103stase himself declared that the decision is arbitrary and an order from the Democrat oligarch Vlad Plahotniuc.
