The winner was the company presenting the lowest price- &#8220;Sonkay&#8221; (Ankara). The decision of the Turkish state to repair the Presidency building of Moldova was communicated to the Moldovan authorities, in particular to the government, all procedures were conducted transparently&#8221;<\/em>, the Turkish Embassy declares.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, the Embassy emphasized that all development projects of TIKA in Moldova are conducted financially independent of the Moldovan authorities. Allegedly, such are the examples of the developments projects in Gagauzia autonomy, the rehabilitation department of the Institute of Mothers and Babies, the renovation and equipment of the sports hall of Fulger special police unit, the renovation of the Center for rehabilitation and social protection of risk-situated children in Tvardi\u021ba.<\/p>\n<p>The Presidency building, situated on 154 \u0218tefan Cel Mare \u0219i Sf\u00e2nt Boulevard in Chi\u0219in\u0103u, was devastated as a result of the anti-communist protests on 7 April 2009.
