Even if they were asked to review some\u00a0<em>too general\u00a0<\/em>provisions, the members of the Council still approved the rules on publishing the court decisions. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/stiri\/stiri-justitie\/doc-oficial-ce-prevede-regulamentul-privind-publicarea-hotararilor-judecatoresti-aprobat-de-csm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ziarul de Gard\u0103 that published the draft<\/a>, the anonymization would be in place only in some cases (what specific cases?). Nevertheless, the draft still\u00a0does not have the provision for the publishing of the agenda of a trial and the provision for publishing information on sessions and hearings at least three days ahead of them.<\/p>\n<p>On the same day, a member of the Council, Teodor C\u00e2rna\u021b, resigned after he failed the integrity test with the polygraph when applying for the position of chair of the National Integrity Authority.
