The government of Transnistria says that they have the fourth fastest internet speed and broadband penetration rate in Europe, they have cheap electricity, and this is a key condition for forming mining farms&#8221;<\/em>, underlined Chayka, adding that the local leaders already adopted permissive legislation for cryptocurrency production.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The electricity in the so-called Pridnestrovian Moldovan Republic is indeed cheap because of the existing hydro power-plant at Dub\u0103sari (48 thousand kW) and the gas-powered Moldovan GRES (2520 MW). The price per kWh might get even to 0,035 USD (53 &#8220;Transnistrian cents&#8221;).
