In autumn, the Moldovan company will implement a new project for which over 500 people will be employed.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1959, the company was previously known as a manufacturer of ultrasonic systems. In 2008, the enterprise was privatized and, thanks to foreign investment, it was completely restructured. At the same time, the company specialized in the production of car wiring and electrical modules. For example, we produce over 2000 types of wiring, depending on the sound, lighting, the engine the customer wants.\u00a0We produce wires for left-hand drive cars on the right; Including sports car wiring,&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Once produced, the wiring passes four verification steps before reaching the recipient. Due to these well-established procedures, the company has been certified to ISO standards.<\/p>\n<p>Today, more than 2,000 people are active at INTERSCOP. <em>&#8220;We would like to hire even more. The project we are launching this autumn allows us to hire 500 more people,&#8221;<\/em> says Valeriu Bodiu, general manager of the company. <em>&#8220;The reformation of INTROSCOP has allowed us to offer European working conditions at home,&#8221;<\/em> says the director. INTROSCOP employees go through a paid training program lasting three months. For example, a minute of delay on the assembly line of Mercedes-Benz cars costs \u20ac20,000,&#8221;<\/em> the director added.<\/p>\n<p>Valeriu Bodiu believes that INTROSCOP can offer competitive salaries for the Moldovan market. &#8220;The salary of a beginner is 30% higher than the average salary in the economy,&#8221; explains the head of the company.
