The leaks constituted from preliminary data on certain strategies and tactics regarding the national reforms, data on certain public servants, data on the progress of the implementation of the Association Agreement, as well as the potential strategies of Moldovan political parties and Parliamentary groups. According <a href=\"http:\/\/procuratura.md\/md\/newslst\/1211\/1\/7212\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">to the prosecutors<\/a>, he risks from 12 to 20 years of imprisonment.<\/p>\n<p>The ex-Democrat MP reportedly had a relation with Alexandr Grudin, aide to the military attach\u00e9 of Russia in Moldova-\u00a0<em>\u201cinterested in obtaining national security\u00a0information\u201d.\u00a0<\/em>Bolboceanu\u00a0used to have\u00a0a meeting with the spy every month, in order to offer a briefing of the socio-economical situation in exchange for money. He had been collaborating with the\u00a0<em>foreign services\u00a0<\/em>for several years with different persons\/agents of that foreign state.<\/p>\n<p>Iurie Bolboceanu was also a figure in the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.zdg.md\/ru\/?p=5340\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2014 case<\/a>\u00a0on the attempts to buy deputies for 200 thousand euros, meant to make them\u00a0<em>independent\u00a0<\/em>of the governing coalition\u00a0and to make them not\u00a0<em>take part in the voting on several laws on the Association of Moldova and the EU<\/em>.
