The candidacy of the former PM was proposed by the Parliament speaker Andrian Candu, who mentioned\u00a0there would be place for an opposition Vice-Speaker too.<\/p>\n<p>The Socialists, Liberals and the Liberal-Democrats left the session as sign of protest.<\/p>\n<p>During\u00a0the press conference, Leanc\u0103 stressed that, as part of the Parliamentary majority, he needs to overtake some responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;I took over this responsibility with the hope to accelerate the communication with the external partners.
