The delay is expected to be announced on Monday, 15 May.<\/p>\n<p>The MEPs want the process of the electoral reform, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/en\/democrats-socialists-moldova-combine-votes-adopt-mixed-electoral-system-first-lecture-triggering-protests\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">promoted by the Democratic Party and the Socialists&#8217; Part<\/a>y, to respect the democratic norms. The 100 million fund was approved by the EU Member States representatives on 12 of April, but the main precondition was to keep account of the &#8220;<em>multiparty Parliamentary system&#8221;<\/em>.
