Mayor of Chioselia Mare commune, Cahul<\/p>\n<p>3. Mayor of Corl\u0103teni, R\u00e2\u0219cani<\/p>\n<p>4. Chief-accountant of R\u00e2\u0219cani City Council<\/p>\n<p>5. Director of middle school &#8220;Alexandrina Rusu&#8221;, D\u0103nceni, Ialoveni<\/p>\n<p>6. Director of middle school &#8220;Mihai Viteazul&#8221;, Str\u0103\u0219eni, also counselor in the district Council of Str\u0103\u0219eni<\/p>\n<p>7. Director of primary school from Baurci village, Cead\u00e2r-Lunga, Gagauzia<\/p>\n<p>8. Director of middle school from Bocani village, F\u0103le\u0219ti<\/p>\n<p>9. Director of middle school from H\u0103sn\u0103\u0219enii Mari village, Drochia<\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li>Deputy director of the high-scholl &#8220;Dimitrie Cantemir&#8221;, R\u00e2\u0219cani<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>11-19. 7 directors of private companies+ 2 engineers<\/p>\n<p>According to the prosecutors, the representatives of the Energy Efficiency Fund were collaborating with economic agents, local authorities, local counselors and heads of schools to organize schemes to defraud big amounts of funds for\u00a0<em>the acquisition and payment of works of energy consumption efficiency, thermal insulation, reparations and capital reconstructions-\u00a0<\/em>all amounting over 28 million lei.<\/p>\n<p>12 penal cases were reportedly started in regard to passive corruption, influence traffic, power abuse and violating the work attributions.
