This articles states that the soldiers of the Moldovan National Army can make use of special means at &#8220;stopping the mass disorders and the group violations of the public order&#8221;, but also at &#8220;rejecting the attacks on buildings, rooms, constructions and means of transportation, no matter of the their ownership&#8221;, or at the &#8220;liberation of the occupied objects&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;If the document is published, it will allow the National Army to intervene to stop protests. In this case, it is not only the case of duality of legislation, because the public order is ensured by the police, but the project also raises problems of constitutionality. It is an excess of protection. With this project, we are going towards the grey area of autocracy. It appears that the current government is getting ready for a siege. Juridically, such a project will damage the government&#8221;,\u00a0<\/em>declared Liberal-Democrat MP, Vadim Pistrinciuc, for Anticorup\u021bie.md.<\/p>\n<p>The expert Sergiu Ostaf also criticized the draft law:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;These provisions of this draft law are unconstitutional. They violate the principle of separation and non-involvement of the army in the maintenance of public order, the principle of proportionality of use of physical force- the responsibility of the police, but also the principles of responsibility of the public actor for his actions.
