Glavan explained that the prices were not adjusted to their actual value since 2004, when the common catalog was instituted.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;The annual indexation of the tariffs in accordance to the consumer price growth was necessary&#8221;<\/em>, explained the Health Minister.<\/p>\n<p>On February 24th, the Socialist deputies submitted a censure motion against the Minister of Healthcare, Ruxanda Glavan.
