Secretary Stoltenberg told Filip that in March the accreditation of the head of mission and staff will be conducted, while the official opening will be held in June 2017. In this context, the Moldovan Prime-Minister underlined the interest to consolidate the political dialogue and cooperation within the Individual Partnership Action Plan, which also stipulates the recognition of neutrality of Moldova.<\/p>\n<p>Filip invited the NATO Secretary to have a visit to Moldova.<\/p>\n<p>The opening of the civil NATO center <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/en\/civil-nato-center-opened-moldova\/\">had been agreed<\/a> by PM Pavel Filip and NATO Secretary Jens Stoltenberg in November 2016.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/gov.md\/sites\/default\/files\/content_images\/foto-_j0a4088_0.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/en\/gagauzia-leader-irina-vlah-opposes-opening-civil-nato-center-moldova\/\" target=\"_blank\">Gagauzia leader, Irina Vlah<\/a>, and the Socialists\u2019 Party of Moldova opposed the opening, supported by Russia\u2019s discontent.
