The judges think the &#8220;requests are obviously unfounded&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Because Supreme Court&#8217;s decision is immune to any challenging, the lawyers declared they would fill a complaint in the name of Filat to the European Court of Human Rights. They describe the decision of the Supreme Court to be\u00a0<em>illegal\u00a0<\/em>and <em>inequitable:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;The decision of the magistrates cannot be qualified in any way but like a public execution of Vlad Filat, that once again proves that his case is a political one, orchestrated at request. Vlad Filat did not have an equitable trial&#8221;<\/em>, his defendants declared.<\/p>\n<p>They condemn the involvement of the judges in <em>political games,\u00a0<\/em>lack of conduct in accordance to the law:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;In our opinion, yesterday, the list of judges loyal to the system was filled with another three persons. The Supreme Court of Justice missed its historical chance to repair\u00a0the serious mistakes accepted in the case of Vlad Filat and put a stain on the face of the Moldovan justice&#8221;<\/em>, added the lawyers, indicating that Filat would call on the ECHR to do justice.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, former Liberal-Democrat refused to be transferred from 13th Penitentiary in Chi\u0219in\u0103u to the Lipcani prison in the north of Moldova.<\/p>\n<p>Former Liberal-Democrat Prime-Minister, Vlad Filat, was arrested on October 15th 2015 for allegations of passive corruption and traffic influence towards the then businessman and now mayor of Orhei, Ilan Shor.
