The debt would be paid back or restructured with the help of <em>financial tools\u00a0of the World Bank<\/em>. Moreover, the Economy Minister emphasized that the debt of Transnistria is separate even in the bills from Gazprom:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Regarding the authorities from the left bank of Nistru, this is a topic that shows up in all the bills that we receive from Gazprom and this separate accounting has been done for a long time and never was a topic of discussion or negotiations.
