The statement was made by B\u0103sescu&#8217;s lawyer, Andrei Bivol, on February 1st.<\/p>\n<p>Bivol says that the Supreme Court recognizes that the Law of Citizenship lies under its competence, but still interprets that this specific case must be examined by the Court of Chi\u0219in\u0103u. The lawyer also sent a request to the Moldovan President to cancel the decree of revoking the citizenship from B\u0103sescu, expecting Dodon to respond in maximum 30 days.
