The others regard the 5th Article on the right to liberty and security- 5 cases, the 6th Article on the right for a fair trial- 6 cases, the 8th Article on the right to private and family life- 2 cases, the 9th Article on the freedom of thought, expression and religion- 1 case, the 13th \u00a0Article on the right to effective remedy- 5 cases, the 1st Article of the 1st Protocol on the protection of property- 5 cases. In two cases regarding Moldova, the responsibility was delegated to the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0&#8220;Jurists for human rights&#8221; published the names of the responsible persons for the punishment of Moldova at the European Court for Human Rights.
