The Court rejected any responsibility in the case.<\/p>\n<p>The Court stated that the 41st article of the Law of citizenship of the Republic of Moldova explicitly stipulates that the challenging of the decrees issued by the\u00a0Moldovan President can be conducted in 6 months at the Supreme Court of Justice.
