Cobzac thinks that the decree signed by President Igor Dodon is unconstitutional.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;The decree violates other constitutional points, since the fact of &#8220;hiding essential acts&#8221; did not take place, and the public blaming in committing those acts without a court decision violates the presumption of innocence&#8221;<\/em>, said Cobzac,\u00a0referring to the Constitutional Court&#8217;s policy on withdrawing the citizenship in an arbitrary way, but also to the international law.<\/p>\n<p>The Liberal-Democrat says that B\u0103sescu is a good and sincere friend of the Republic of Moldova, just recently, a citizen of it and, therefore, it would be a moral duty\u00a0to give support to the President and citizen B\u0103sescu.
