The action Plan establishes the main measures to be taken by the Moldovan authorities in order to accomplish the engagements taken towards the European institutions in adjusting the national legislation to the community acquis.<\/p>\n<p>According to the decision of the Government, the Center for Legislation Harmonisation of the Justice Ministry will be responsible of realizing the adjustment to the EU legislation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration remains to be the general coordinator of the Association, while the Economy Ministry will be responsible of implementing trade facilitation measures.<\/p>\n<p>The Plan contains an innovation in reporting the progress of the acquis implementation: the reporting will be made through the online platform monitorizare.gov.md. The responsible authorities will need to report the progress on paper only in two cases out of four. <\/p>\n<p>The expenditures needed for the fulfilling the roadmap will be covered by the state budget and the assistance offered by the development partners, the European Union to a larger extent.<\/p>\n<p>The Association Agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union was signed on 27 June 2014 and entered into force on 1 July 2016.
