Even the title of the articles was changed from &#8220;Right to found and join unions&#8221; to &#8220;Right for association&#8221;. The new article has the following two paragraphs:<br \/>\n<em>&#8220;1. Every person has the right to freely associate with other persons, including to constitute unions and patronages, as well as to join them.<br \/>\n2.
