Moreover, the enterprises would be exempted from paying penalties, fees and unpaid taxes. Everything in exchange for a 2% tax.<\/p>\n<p>Outside the Parliament building, representatives of non-governmental organizations and members of the Action and Solidarity Party and Platform &#8220;Dignity and Truth&#8221; were protesting against the law, which would legalize the frauds and the thefts.
