extended a loan of 10 million euros to <a href=\"https:\/\/mobiasbanca.md\/en\" target=\"_blank\">Mobiasbanca &#8211; Groupe Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/a> to support development of quality and services of local SMEs, beneficial to cross-border trade and consequently, economic growth in Moldova.<br \/>\nThe EU will also provide interested SMEs with grant incentives of up to 15 per cent from the loan amount as well as technical assistance in the form of advisory services from international consultants and the EBRD\u2019s Advice for Small Businesses program.<\/p>\n<p>The Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Moldova was signed in 2014 and provides basis for establishing a free-trade area and economic development, along with
