On December 8th, the Parliament majority of Moldova did not accept to examine the alternative report conducted by the Liberal-Democrat MP Iurie \u021aap in the commission on investigating the concession of the International Airport of Chi\u0219in\u0103u, reports Agora.md<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u021aap wanted to include his report on the concession in the agenda of the monitoring commission, but the initiative was not supported.<\/p>\n

Previously, the commission monitoring the concession of the International Airport of Chi\u0219in\u0103u revealed that the concessionaire, Avia-Invest, made investment of 56,54 million euros between 30 August 2013 and 26 June 2016. Moreover, in the first two years, out of 945 million lei (45,1 million euros) only 207 million were taken in taken by September 2015. Out of this amount, only 11% represented the contribution of the founders in the social capital, 34% were loans from Arsenal Capital and 55% were operational incomes of the company.<\/p>\n

Avia Invest SRL is obliged to invest at least 244,2 million euros in the Chi\u0219in\u0103u Airport, with presumably 45,1 million euros invested in the first stage.
