On December 6th, the Appeal Court of Chi\u0219in\u0103u maintained the decision of Centru Court from December 2nd to reject the appeal of lawyers of 143 Moldovan citizens who could not exercise their voting rights at the Presidential elections on November 13th due to insufficient number of voting ballots, reports ZdG.md<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The motivated decision will be made public on December 11th.
\nEduard Digore, one of the lawyers, declared he would challenge the decision at the Supreme Court of Justice, saying that the judges of the Appeal Court don’t pay attention to people’s rights.
