Darii put emphasis on the opportunity to transform the current peace-keeping mission on the Nistru river banks in a civil one with international mandate.<\/p>\n<p>-Russia <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/en\/russia-agrees-give-transportation-licences-conditions-new-gazprom-contract-moldova\/\" target=\"_blank\">agreed to give<\/a> transportation licences for Moldovan exporters and new conditions for new medium-term Gazprom contract with Moldovagaz at the meeting of the Moldo-Russian commission for economic cooperation on November 29th. The Chambers of Commerce of Moldova and Russia also signed a collaboration memorandum, where Moldova asked for the introduction of non-discriminatory requests for companies authorized to import goods to the Russian Federation, hinting that Russia was preferential by allowing imports only from Gagauzia autonomy and Transnistria.<\/p>\n<p>-Former Moldova Presidential candidate, Maia Sandu, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/en\/maia-sandu-present-proof-mass-frauds-recent-presidential-elections-constitutional-court\/\" target=\"_blank\">declared<\/a> that she would go to the Constitutional Court to present all the proof and arguments about the frauds committed at the Presidential elections on November 13th. Sandu took this decision after the Supreme Court of Justice ruled on November 30th that the examination of violations on Constitution and Electoral Code during the Presidential elections does not belong to regular courts.<\/p>\n<p>-Centru Court from Chi\u0219in\u0103u <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/en\/court-rejects-complaint-moldovans-not-vote-abroad-presidential-elections\/\" target=\"_blank\">rejected<\/a> the complaint filed by the lawyers of 143 Moldovans living abroad who could not exercise their voting rights at the Presidential elections on November 13th due to insufficient number of voting ballots. Judge Djeta Chistol decided that the request of the lawyers on notifying the Constitutional Court in regard to the insufficient number of voting bulletins is unfounded.<\/p>\n<p>-The elections watch Promo-LEX <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/en\/promo-lex-least-7627223-lei-not-mentioned-financial-reports-11-presidential-candidates\/\" target=\"_blank\">claims<\/a> that some Presidential candidates of Moldova omitted reflecting a part of their electoral expenses in the financial reports. It estimates that at least 7,627,223 lei were not reflected in the financial reports of 11 candidates.<\/p>\n<p>-Seven Ministries of the Government of Moldova out of the current 16 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/en\/16-ministries-moldova-government-might-compressed-9-ministries\/\" target=\"_blank\">might be erased,<\/a> after a possible reform of central public administration, reads a document leaked in the Moldovan press. The future Cabinet of Ministers might contain only nine combined Ministries: Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure, Ministry of Health and Social Affairs, Ministry of Education, Culture and Research, Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, Ministry of Finances and the Ministry of Defense.<\/p>\n<p>-Frontera Resources Corporation, an independent oil and gas exploration and production company with assets in Georgia, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/en\/frontera-resources-wins-bid-extract-oil-natural-gas-moldova\/\" target=\"_blank\">announced<\/a> that it won the license bid for extracting oil and natural gas in Moldova.
