The bidding was announced by the Government of the Republic of Moldova in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/en\/moldova-environment-ministry-check-quantity-petrol-gas-south-country\/\" target=\"_blank\">July 2016<\/a> and was organized and conducted by the Agency of Geology and Mineral Resources at the Ministry of Environment.
