The main claim of the Moldovan diaspora is for Moldovan state to recognize the violation of the voting right. <\/p>\n<p>On November 21st, a demand challenging the decision of the Electoral Commission of Moldova on the complaints from abroad was registered at Centru Court, in Chi\u0219in\u0103u.<br \/>\nThe file was registered by three lawyers who represent 143 Moldovan citizens from Italy, United Kingdom, France and Ireland.<br \/>\n<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/judecata-diaspora.jpg\" width=\"960\" height=\"960\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><br \/>\n<em><br \/>\n&#8220;After it was humiliated on the election day and in the next week by officials and parliamentarians, the Diaspora decided to make justice.<br \/>\nIn this sense, 21 people from Diaspora joined efforts to collect 143 signatures from complainers from 8 cities to employ and empower three lawyers. The group of 3 lawyers will try to convince the court to acknowledge that the constitutional right of citizens living abroad was violated by not creating necessary conditions to allow exercising the right.<br \/>\nIf the court acknowledges this violation, a perspective for changing the electoral code is opening in order to adapt it to the realities of the Diaspora, and then the Constitutional Court will consider this decision when validating the elections from November 13th. The Diaspora expects the court to be impartial and, in case of injustice, will attack the decision in international courts.
