The insufficient amount of ballot papers abroad is seen as an attempt to minimize the amount of votes in European cities, where Sandu is generally positioned to get more votes than Dodon.<\/p>\n<p>Protesters are expected <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/events\/225888154506869\/\" target=\"_blank\">to gather in the central square of Chi\u0219in\u0103u<\/a> at 1 PM today.
