The Electoral Commission provided 3000 voting ballots for each polling center, probably insufficient for the second round, taking in account <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/en\/moldovans-living-abroad-mobilize-share-rides-host-voting-2nd-round-presidential-elections\/\" target=\"_blank\">the mobilization of the Moldovan diaspora<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The least used voting centers in the first round of the Presidential elections of Moldova were the ones from Beijing (0,63%- 19 votes), Tokyo (0,77%- 23 votes), Baku (0,93%- 28 votes), Krasnoyarsk (1%- 30 votes), Antalya (1,03%- 31 votes), Doha (34 votes- 1,13%), Vilnius (1,23%- 37 votes), Nizhnevartovsk (1,37%- 41 votes), Riga (1,9%- 57 votes) and Napoli (1,93%- 58 votes).<\/p>\n<p>The most used voting centers were the ones from London\/Stratford (<strong>99,57%<\/strong>&#8211; 2987 votes), Bucharest (79,1%- 2373 votes), Dublin (68,93%- 2068 votes), Moscow (68,13%- 2044 votes), Montreal (66,3%- 1989 votes), Parma (65,47%- 1964 votes), Padova (63,27%- 1898 votes) and Venezia (62,87%- 1886 votes).<\/p>\n<p>Members of the Moldovan diaspora advise each other to choose less popular voting centers in order to avoid running out of ballots, like it happened at the voting center in London\/Stratford in the first round of Presidential elections on October 30th.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cec.md\/r\/procese-verbale\/prezidentiale2016\/\" target=\"_blank\">CEC&#8217;s<\/a> results from polling stations outside Moldova, 76,30% of Moldovans voted for Maia Sandu and 11,01% for Igor Dodon.
