The numerous cases of abuse of state resources by parties holding elected office included pressure on state employees and other voters during the collection of signatures to support candidates and the campaign&#8221;<\/em>, reads the press-release of the OSCE. <\/p>\n<p>Together with delegations of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, the European Parliament and the ODIHR, the OSCE observers found the electoral process, as well as the activity of the Central Electoral Commission of Moldova, organized and transparent. <\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, the observers believe that the bias of politically-associated media and use of non-transparent sources of funds for the campaign still pose huge problems for the integrity of elections.
